Precision Mould Department:
Our precision mould department covers an area of 400 square meters and is equipped with advanced production equipment worth 2.5 million yuan. It brings together a full set of mould manufacturing equipment including CNC machining centers, spark machines, high-precision grinders, lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, etc., totaling more than 10 sets, forming a strong production capacity. With these high-precision equipment, we can efficiently complete the production tasks of 30 sets of various moulds every month, regardless of complexity or precision requirements, we can easily cope with them.
Engineering Department:
The Engineering Department is the technical core of Mingxing, with 4 experienced designers, namely:
2 Mold design engineers: both have more than 10 years of experience in precision mold design, can accurately grasp customer needs, and design mold solutions that meet process requirements and are innovative.
1 Programming engineer: proficient in mold processing programming, can efficiently convert design solutions into executable processing instructions.
1 Project engineer: responsible for the overall planning and coordination of the project, ensuring that the project is completed on time, in quality and in quantity.
We use industry-leading CAD/CAE/CAM software, such as UG-NX, AUTOCAD, MOLDFLOW, etc., for mold design and mold flow analysis to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the design solution.
Mold Manufacturing Department:
The mold manufacturing department brings together a group of skilled senior mold technicians and mold technicians. Among them, there are 2 senior mold technicians with more than 15 years of experience in making case molds, mobile phone molds, and precision export molds, and they are the best in the team. There are 4 mold technicians, all of whom have more than 8 years of experience in precision mold making, skilled in skills, and can cope with the processing needs of various complex molds. In addition, we are also equipped with professional mold saving, discharge, and CNC operators to ensure that every process can meet the highest standards.
Injection Molding Department:
The injection molding department covers an area of 1,500 square meters and is equipped with 17 injection molding machines, including 14 Haitian brands and 3 Zhenxiong brands, with fixed assets of nearly 3 million yuan. There are nearly 40 experienced employees here, who ensure the high quality of injection molded parts with their superb technology and rigorous work attitude. Our injection molding department has the capacity to produce 50,000 plastic parts per day, which can meet the large demand of customers for injection molded parts.
