Ⅰ.Product and mold quotation:

1. Customers provide 3D and 2D product structure drawings (specify product size tolerance, surface treatment requirements, etc.), and quote BOM (specify product material, color, dosage, production requirements and mold opening requirements, etc.).

2. We quote according to customer requirements, and the quotation sheet specifies mold material, number of mold opening cavities, production model, mold and product price, delivery date, production capacity, etc.

Ⅱ. Mold opening:

1. After the customer confirms the quotation, signs the contract and pays the deposit, we start to make DFM (mold opening evaluation report).

2. After the customer confirms DFM, we start mold design and manufacturing. After the mold manufacturing is completed, the mold is tested. (Generally no more than 45 days).

3. After the mold is tested, the sample is sent to the customer for confirmation! If there is any problem, the mold is modified until the customer confirms that the sample is qualified and the product is put into trial production.

Ⅲ. Mass production:

If there is no problem with the product trial production, the customer places an order for mass production of the product. Delivery and payment are made at the time agreed by both parties.
