We produced a plastic-encapsulated product for Shenzhen Sanfeng Plastic Electronics Co., Ltd. The mold was moved from the outside. The product is a plastic-encapsulated structure with soft glue inside and hard glue outside. One set of molds is needed to produce the hard glue first, and then put the hard glue into another set of molds to inject the soft glue. Because the number of mold cavities manually placed in the product cannot be too many, the production capacity is low and the price is also high.

We carefully analyzed the product structure, communicated with the customer, and optimized the product structure. We opened a new set of two-color molds, successfully increased the production capacity by three times, and reduced the product price by half.
